Our approach to IT service embodies the company’s name. We aim to be our clients' single point of contact for all IT and cybersecurity needs, delivering unmatched support and a personalized, white-glove experience.

Single Point Global is unique in the way we approach and deliver our solutions and in the services and technology solutions we deploy.

Most providers today are working to deliver a bundle that doesn’t always meet the client’s need. We deliver customized solutions designed for the unique challenges of their business.  Additionally, our solutions are designed to meet compliance goals out of the box.  We believe that by providing these two pillars in our solution, we are putting our clients’ business in the best position. 

What challenges/problems necessitated a partnership with Ostendio?

SPG was looking for a solution that would simplify our client’s compliance management, centralize evidence, and improve the ability to align current frameworks they followed to new ones they wanted to achieve. Ostendio knocked that out of the park for us!

Why Ostendio? What stood out during your evaluation process, and how has that impacted the way you deliver to your clients?

Good question! Simplicity and the templates they provided to our clients. This helped us  align the delivery of our services to the cadence our clients needed shortened the documentation time dramatically.

Maintaining compliance with required regulations. Prior to partnering with Ostendio, we used spreadsheets with too many meetings to ensure compliance was being met. It was not an efficient way of using our clients’ time and resources.

Demonstrating compliance. Before Ostendio, we would have to run ticket reports and see which tickets still need addressing. With Ostendio, we can see easily which controls are in queue and which have been completed.

In today's economic environment, how does SPG increase productivity while delivering core value to your clients?

Utilizing Ostendio, we have been able to keep to our core values by becoming more efficient with our clients, reducing our overhead and billable time it takes to report and drive compliance. The tool’s automation and reports reduced meetings and calls significantly, which is a win on both sides.

The "wow" moment for us was mainly around the reduced meetings to achieve a better result. Clients started saying that maintaining compliance became much easier after using Ostendio, saving them time and money.

What does the future look like for Single Point Global?

 We are planning to utilize Ostendio to crosswalk to additional frameworks,  including our up-and-coming CMMC solution for clients that work with the DOD and other government branches requiring it. Our goal is to make CMMC as easy and incorporate as many solutions as possible, prebuilt into the platform to reduce time and money. We feel by doing this, it will streamline our clients success,
