MyVCM 2.7.2: Additional Report Formats

We are pleased to announce that we have added several new capabilities to the MyVCM platform. The following features are now available as part of your latest MyVCM 2.7.2 Release:

  • Additional Exportable Formats for Reports

Reports can now be exported to Excel or as CSV files. We have also improved the UI of the Reports module by grouping reports by their use. For example, the two reports ‘Training Summary Report’ and ‘Training Detail Report’ can now be found under the training tab in Reports.

  • New HR Policies

We have created several new HR policies which will be available by the end of the month. These include but are not limited to:

  • Background Check Authorization
  • Bring Your Own Device SPP
  • On-boarding SPP
  • Network Access Request
  • Physical Security SPP
  • Nearly There – Assets Module

Our new assets module is close to being released. We are on target for a mid-April release. We are currently testing to ensure that the roll-out is as seamless as possible. No action is required by you. When released, the Assets module will be found on the lefthand-side with the other modules.

We have received a number of questions about the cost of this new module. We are pleased to say that there is no additional cost. This module will automatically be a part of your MyVCM subscription.

The Assets module will allow you to track your asset inventory, upload disaster recovery plans and assign asset dependencies, among many other features. We will be releasing additional information regarding the Assets module shortly.

  • Weekly Security Tips

We have rolled out security tips on the weekly MyVCM email. If there are security tips you would like to add to the email, please email Niamh Bennett.

As always, we continue to improve MyVCM based on your feedback. If you have any questions or comments, please email us at customersuccessteam@ostendio.com
